Health on Your Plate

“Health on your plate” is an initiative which was established due to our patients itself.

We realized that even after the patients used to get better with medicines, they came up with similar complaints again after few months. On retrospective thinking and questioning the patients, we found out that it was their Food which was the cause of the recurring diseases.

Thus, we first gained knowledge about Nutrition after doing Diploma in Nutrition and Health Education.

As the name indicates, whatever you include in your plate is reflected on our body and health. Health on your plate is a plant based nutrition program which believes in “You are what you eat, drink and think”. Plant based nutrition focuses on food which are bioavailable and not man made or processed food. Plant based foods improve the health of your gut so your body can absorb food to support your immune system. When planned well by an expert, plant based nutrition is healthy and nutritional for people of all ages according to Academy of Nutrition. Poor diet is a leading factor in many chronic illnesses including Cardiovascular, Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertension, Hyperlipidemia, Thyroid disorders, PCOS, Anxiety and Mental health, certain Cancers, and many more. Rich in antioxidants and bioactive compounds; plant based food helps to control the factors that contribute to such illnesses.

Information provided during the program is given from experience and scientific techniques. These techniques do not work if only theory is presented. It requires efforts and implementation to achieve your goal towards being healthy. We assure that you are supported to utilize lifestyle changing techniques.

However everybody is emotionally, mentally and physiologically different and so according to these parameters certain modifications are required at certain steps of the program to achieve results. Results are achieved if we monitor your biochemistry, medications and diet and make life style changes accordingly.

With correct nutrition, homoeopathy medicine when given prevents the recurrence of certain chronic illnesses and lifestyle disorders. Most of the times, we are sick not because of some diseases but because of our food. Thus correcting our food choices can enhance our health and help to get you disease-free faster!
